If your credit card has expired, or has been compromised, or you need to use a different card you should be able to login to your account page and update the credit card following the steps below.

Please be aware that if you update your credit card and receive the following error then this may mean your subscription is no longer valid, possibly due to numerous failed payments, so please email billing@designalive.com to reactivate your subscription after which you will be able to update your card.

Instructions:

Please login to your account page and view your payments. Click on view highlighted below.

You will then see the following page: Click on Change payment

If you have more than one subscription (course) then please check off to Update the credit card for all my subscriptions

Please do not delete your first card before you have added your new cc details. You will be able to see which card is being used on your payment page. Once you are satisfied the correct card is being used, you will then be able to delete the other card.

My CC details are being declined;

This can be for a few reasons, please check through the options below:

  • Design Alive only accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex, we do not accept Zelle or the like.
  • Please ensure all the billing details are correct, especially UK students who must complete each billing address box.
  • The payment may show up as an overseas transaction and your bank may be refusing the payment. Please check with them first that they are not blocking the payment.
  • Please ensure the billing details match the billing details of the card provider.
  • If you are outside the USA and are having issues setting up payment by cc, please complete the form below so we can assist you.

If none of the above help you, please complete the form below and provide us with as much detail and screenshots as possible so that we can assist you efficiently.

If a student would like to pay up their remaining balance in 1 go and cancel the rest of their active payment plan, then a special arrangement can be made with the office. A student cannot do this themself under the account page.

If you are based in UK, Europe or Israel and do not want to pay by CC in USD $, you do have an option to set up payment to a local GBP, Shekel or Euro account. If you wish to pay in installments a standing order will need to be set up prior to the course start.

How do I pay in Euros,Shekels or GBP?

Register for the course as usual by completing the registration form, when you get to the checkout page, instead of entering your CC details you will have an option to pay by UK Bank transfer, select that option. (see image below)

Bank transfer - Design Alive

Once you have completed checkout you will receive an email with Design Alive’s Euro or Shekel bank details to set up a Bank transfer or standing order. Please complete the form below so that the office can arrange a price in shekel or Euro with you before you set up the payment.

Once you have set up your standing order you can complete the form below or reply to the ticket created earlier to let the office know so that you can be enrolled in your course.

If you are based in the UK and do not want to pay by CC in USD $, you do have an option to set up payment to a local GBP account. If you wish to pay in installments a standing order will need to be set up prior to the course start.

How do I pay in GBP?

Register for the course as usual by completing the registration form, when you get to the checkout page, instead of entering your CC details you will have an option to pay by UK Bank transfer, select that option. (see image below)
